PAC HEIGHTS RESIDENCE

This stately pre-1906 residence was designed by neoclassical architect Julius Kraft, and fully renovated with an eye toward bringing more openness and light into the home by intersecting modern lines with preserved architectural ornamentation throughout the house. With much of the early-on renovation leaving rooms a bit barren, we worked with the clients and contractor team to complete the extensive construction scope. Then, by bringing together custom furniture, rugs, and lighting, we created warmth, visual impact, and playfulness in some of the client’s favorite and most-lived-in spaces.
